We are seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to join a dynamic and growing finance team. This role offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-office collaboration, with two days per week based in the Hemel Hempstead office.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes
- Deliver high-quality financial analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Produce monthly management reporting, variance analysis, and insightful commentary
- Partner with senior stakeholders across the business to challenge performance and support commercial decisions
- Develop and maintain financial models to support planning and scenario analysis
- Drive improvements in FP&A processes, reporting tools, and data quality
- Support ad hoc analysis and strategic projects as required
Requirements
- Proven experience in an FP&A or management accounting role at a similar level
- Strong financial modelling and Excel skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Experience working in a fast-paced, commercial environment
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a wider finance team
