Robert Half is recruiting an Interim CFO for an initial 6-month period. This is a highly visible role requiring someone who can operate at pace in a complex, international environment.

  • Day rate: £800 (Outside IR35)
  • Location: Warrington (3 days per week in office)
  • Duration: 6 months (initial)
  • Start date: Immediate

Our client is a multinational organisation operating within the business services sector. Due to a period of transition, the business requires an experienced Interim CFO to provide leadership, operational oversight and strategic guidance across its finance function. This is a hands-on Interim CFO role reporting to the Global CFO, with a dotted line to the regional Managing Director.

Key areas of focus:

  • Provide immediate leadership and stability to the finance function
  • Oversee a team of 25 finance staff across the UK and EMEA (c.50% based in Warrington)
  • Support the senior leadership team with operational and commercial insight
  • Ensure the effective running of financial statutory reporting, FP&A, Management Accounts, cash collection, AP
  • Assess and define the future-state finance function
