Robert Half are pleased to be partnering with an established organisation based in Wantage to recruit a Management Accountant . This role is term time only! The salary offered is up to £38,000 along with other attractive benefits including an enhanced pension.
Please note due to the term time only element, salary will be adjusted to match the additional holidays. Therefore, max take home salary will be circa £32,000.
Primary responsibilities;
Assist and liaise with the Head of Finance Business Partnering, Finance Director and CFO to plan and produce 3-5-year budget forecasts across the organisation.
Undertake monthly in-year budget monitoring and reporting, covering both revenue and capital expenditure.
Undertake monthly payroll monitoring and reconciliation against budget, investigating discrepancies and supporting resolution where appropriate, with sign-off from relevant budget holders.
Support with payroll calculations and queries, calculating salaries based on grades, contracted hours and working arrangements to support accurate budget forecasting.
Act as a first point of contact for banking queries and process relevant
