- London, HybridRobert Half are working with a leading Consulting firm experiencing significant growth and is seeking a high-performing Finance Transformation Senior Manager to lead complex transformation programmes for a diverse portfolio of clients across the UK.The OpportunityAs a Senior Manager, you will take ownership of multiple Finance Transformation engagements from strategy through to implementation, managing senior stakeholder relationships while leading and developing consulting teams. Key ResponsibilitiesYou will lead projects across: Shared Service Centre (SSC) design, transition, and outsourcing readinessFinance operating model transformationProcess optimisation across Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Record-to-Report (R2R)FP&A and performance reporting transformationBudgeting, forecasting, and planning process redesignAutomation, RPA, process mining, and technology enablementAI readiness assessments, use-case development, governance, and implementation planningFinance benchmarking and maturity assessmentsPost-acquisition integration and carve-out programmesAbout YouWe're interested in speaking with candidates who possess: Significant experience within Finance Transformation, Finance Change, or Management ConsultingProven track record of leading complex transformation engagementsDeep understanding of P2P, O2C, and R2R processesExperience advising CFOs, Finance Directors, and senior finance stakeholdersStrong consulting, stakeholder management, and programme leadership capabilitiesExperience managing teams within a consulting or client-facing environmentCommercial awareness with experience managing engagement budgets and delivery performanceDemonstrable experience identifying and implementing process improvements and technology-enabled changeExcellent communication, presentation, and report-writing skillsExperience contributing to successful proposals, bids, and business development activityFinance Transformation
