You will own delivery across Agile squads, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, to quality, and aligned to business value.
This is a hands-on role focused on execution, stakeholder alignment, and driving delivery excellence across technology and business change programmes.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Agile delivery across cross-functional squads (Scrum / Agile)Own planning, prioritisation, dependencies, and roadmapsTrack and manage risks, issues, and escalationsEnsure delivery meets agreed quality and acceptance criteriaAlign stakeholders across business, product, and engineeringRemove blockers and enable high-performing teamsDrive reporting, transparency, and continuous improvementWhat We're Looking For5+ years' delivery experience in tech, digital, or transformation rolesStrong Agile / Scrum delivery backgroundExperience managing plans, risks, dependencies, and stakeholdersTrack record of delivering outcomes on time and within constraintsExperience with Jira and Agile governance (desirable)Strong communication and stakeholder management skillsWhy Join?
