Robert Half are recruiting a Finance Manager role with a rapidly growing organisation based in Trowbridge on a permanent basis. This role is based onsite 5 days a week (flexible working hours possible) and is a fast-paced SME environment. This role would suit someone seeking a varied and hands-on role in a small team.
The Finance Manager will be responsible for 1 direct report and work closely with the Finance Director to report on monthly transactions and financials. This is a fast-paced, high growth environment with a high volume of transactions being processed monthly. You will need to have experience of working in a similar environment and be comfortable with being hands-on whilst also partnering upline.
The role will involve but not be limited to:
- Preparing monthly management accounts.
- Balance sheet reconciliations.
- VAT returns.
- Support with budgeting and forecasting.
- Management of 1 direct report.
- Reviewing of payments.
Profile:
- AAT, QBE and ACCA/CIMA qualified all considered.
- Intermediate level excel (vlookups and pivot tables).
- Experience of working in a high volume or fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a can-do attitude.
- Supervisory/management experience desired but not essential.
- Comfortable with 5 days a week onsite - flexibility can be given but this is an office-based role.
Package: £45,000-£60,000. Free onsite parking. 25 days leave +
