Transactional Finance Manager
London / Milton Keynes | Hybrid
£55,000 – £65,000 + benefits
A growing real estate business is seeking a Transactional Finance Manager to lead Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Credit Control.
The Role
Reporting to the Finance Director, you will run day-to-day transactional finance, ensuring strong controls, timely month-end and an efficient, well-managed function. You will lead a small team and support ongoing improvements to systems and automation.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead AP, AR and Credit Control
* Ensure accurate processing, controls and reconciliations
* Own month-end close and payment runs
* Support rent and service charge billing and reconciliations
* Drive process improvements and automation
* Act as the main internal contact for transactional finance
The Candidate
* Proven experience managing transactional finance teams
* Property / real estate experience preferred
* Strong controls and month-end knowledge
* Hands-on, organised and commercially aware
* Confident people manager with a practical approach
