Temporary Immigration Associate - UK Primary Responsibilities Provide administrative support for UK immigration and global mobility cases, ensuring accurate tracking and record management. Coordinate documentation collection, review submissions for completeness, and maintain organized case records. Support recruiters, HR business partners, and hiring managers by facilitating immigration and mobility processes in line with company policies. Monitor case progress and proactively communicate status updates to employees, managers, and relevant stakeholders. Liaise with external immigration, relocation, and tax providers to ensure timely processing of cases and resolution of issues. Maintain accurate data within case management systems and support reporting activities. Support process improvement initiatives by identifying administrative efficiencies and helping maintain standard operating procedures. Prepare reports, trackers, and compliance documentation as required. Ensure all activities are completed in accordance with data privacy, confidentiality, and client service standards. Qualifications Minimum of two years of business immigration, global mobility, or related experience.
