Robert Half have partnered with a leading firm based in the city of London who are looking for a Technology Success and Adoption associate to support the roll-out, embedding, and continuous improvement of digital tools and systems across the organisation. This is a contract role suited to someone with a strong understanding of digital enablement, customer success, user engagement, and training delivery.

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that employees at all levels are supported and empowered to use technology effectively, driving business-wide success through improved adoption, user satisfaction, and process efficiency. This will be a 12 month day rate contract (inside IR35).

About the role

  • People Enablement: You'll craft and deliver learning experiences that go beyond traditional training. That means building role-relevant onboarding journeys, embedding real-time digital support using tools like walkthroughs or in-app messages, and working closely with product owners to ensure knowledge stays fresh and accessible. You'll also spend time directly engaging with users, running informal workshops, hosting drop-in clinics, and offering tailored support to help teams transition smoothly into new ways of working.
  • Adoption & Engagement: You will also own the measurement and momentum behind adoption. You'll define what success looks like, establish clear metrics to track usage and satisfaction, and build visual dashboards or concise reporting packs to keep stakeholders informed. With these insights, you'll identify trends and gaps such as where users are dropping off or where certain teams might need more support and use this to shape both tactical fixes and long-term adoption strategies.
  • Feedback & Continuous Improvement: Rather than 'set and forget,' they see adoption as an evolving process. You'll play a key role in surfacing user pain points, relaying them to the relevant teams, and influencing future development decisions. You'll be the voice of the user within their tech programmes, ensuring that what's rolled out continues to serve the needs of the business as it grows. You'll also keep an eye on the wider market: exploring new tools and practices that could enhance how they support people and ensure value from digital investments.

Role Requirements:

  • Experience in customer success, technology training, change enablement, or digital adoption roles.
  • Competence in designing and delivering engaging, accessible learning content across multiple formats (e.g. live sessions, guides, on-demand resources).
  • Strong analytical mindset, who is comfortable interpreting engagement data and using it to shape strategy.
  • Clear, confident communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Self-driven, organised, and capable of managing priorities across several workstreams.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with a diverse user base, gathering input and translating needs into practical solutions.
