We’re recruiting a Technical Support Analyst for a growing real estate organisation. This role is central to keeping internal systems running smoothly, supporting users, subcontractors, and clients, and contributing to ongoing technology improvements.

You’ll be pivotal in the application support, while assisting with the company’s data and 1st/2nd line support, managing tickets, creating documentation, delivering user training, and working with cross-functional teams to enhance systems and user experience. There are also opportunities to support new tech implementations and project work.
