Robert Half is exclusively partnering with an independent, family-owned wealth management firm based in Central London to recruit a Talent Acquisition Executive to join their growing People team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recruitment professional looking to move into a highly respected, collaborative and people-focused business where you will take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment function and play a key role in shaping the candidate experience and employer brand. Working closely with hiring managers and the wider Talent team, you will manage recruitment across the business, ensuring a professional, efficient and high-quality hiring process from attraction through to onboarding.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the full end-to-end recruitment process across multiple business areas
- Partnering closely with hiring managers to define hiring requirements and selection criteria
- Proactively sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media and networking channels
- Managing relationships with external recruitment agencies
- Screening CVs, conducting initial interviews and coordinating recruitment processes
- Acting as the first point of contact for recruitment-related enquiries
- Managing and maintaining the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data accuracy and process compliance
- Tracking recruitment metrics, costs and hiring activity to support reporting and workforce planning
- Promoting recruitment best practice across the business
- Supporting employer branding initiatives, recruitment marketing and events
- Building and maintaining talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Ensuring a positive, professional and efficient candidate experience throughout the process
- Supporting onboarding processes and ensuring background screening checks are completed prior to start dates
- Working collaboratively with the wider Talent team to coordinate interviews, psychometric testing and hiring activity
About You
The successful candidate will ideally have:
- Previous experience within internal recruitment or agency recruitment
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple vacancies
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working within a professional services environment
- Confidence sourcing candidates across multiple channels and platforms
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- A proactive, adaptable and team-oriented approach
- The ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Experience within financial services or wealth management would be advantageous.
