Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive executive support to the UK Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities
As Personal Assistant, you will
- Provide proactive executive and administrative support to the UK Operations Manager.
- Manage complex diaries, appointments and correspondence.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, visas and travel documentation.
- Organise meetings, leadership events and conferences, ensuring all logistics are effectively managed.
- Act as a point of contact for senior visitors, customers and key stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, presentations, business documentation and correspondence.
- Process invoices, expenses and supplier payments in line with company procedures.
- Administer company credit card processes and maintain accurate financial records.
- Support corporate governance activities and ensure relevant documentation is maintained.
- Coordinate employee recognition programmes, educational awards and community initiatives.
- Liaise with legal teams, insurers, corporate functions and external stakeholders where required.
- Take meeting minutes and maintain accurate records.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and special projects.
About You
To be successful in this role, you'll have
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or senior administrative professional.
- Experience supporting senior leaders within a complex business environment.
- Excellent organisational, planning and prioritisation skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience coordinating complex travel arrangements.
- Financial administration experience, including expenses and invoice processing.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point.
- The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- High levels of integrity, discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Business Studies Diploma, PA Qualification or equivalent Level 3 qualification.
- Experience working within a large multinational organisation.
- SAP knowledge or experience.
- Corporate governance administration experience.
- Minute-taking experience.
