Profile
The ideal candidate will be a hands-on HR Manager, CIPD qualified preferred but not essential, with strong experience delivering end-to-end generalist HR in a standalone or SME environment. They will be confident advising senior leaders and managers on employee relations, UK employment law, absence management and compliance, while comfortably owning recruitment, appraisals, training and benefits administration. Practical, organised and commercially aware, they will be able to maintain robust HR processes, support payroll and reporting, and manage CSR and group compliance requirements, working closely with Shared Services and HQ to support wider business objectives.
