HRBP Operations Analyst – Permanent - Newcastle – Up to £55k – Onsite

With an ambitious international growth strategy and a highly skilled workforce, they’re looking for an HRBP Operations Analyst to join their Newcastle team and play a key role in supporting their people and business.
This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional who wants more than a purely administrative role. You’ll work closely with managers, employees and senior HR stakeholders, taking ownership of people matters, contributing to HR projects and helping shape processes within a rapidly evolving organisation.

Responsibilities:
- Providing day-to-day guidance on HR policies, best practice and employee matters.
- Supporting talent management and year-end performance processes.
- Managing sensitive employee relations cases, including performance and absence management.
- Coordinating key HR processes including training requests, internal transfers and terminations.
- Supporting policy reviews, employee engagement initiatives and HR process improvements.
- Working closely with HR Business Partners and specialist HR teams.
- Taking ownership of projects, reporting and ad hoc initiatives.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and deliver a better employee experience.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years' experience within an HR Generalist or HR Analyst position, preferably gained in a fast-paced or professional environment.
- Minimum 2:1 Bachelor's degree from a Russell Group university, alongside strong A-level results or international equivalents.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience handling employee relations and people processes.
- A proactive, problem-solving approach.
- The confidence to work independently and take ownership.
- A genuine curiosity and desire to learn and develop.
