This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their HR career who wants to develop beyond traditional HR administration and gain hands-on experience across Workday, HRIS, employee lifecycle processes, data governance and HR transformation.

Responsibilities:
- Acting as an administrator and key user of Workday, ensuring HR data and employee lifecycle workflows are accurate and completed on time.
- Supporting HRIS changes, system updates and process improvements.
- Working with internal stakeholders and external providers to troubleshoot system issues and implement configurations.
- Maintaining high standards of HR data governance and accuracy.
- Managing employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, benefits administration and offboarding.
- Supporting the standardisation and streamlining of HR processes.
- Documenting HR processes, workflows and policies.
- Reviewing and refining processes to ensure they support wider business objectives.
- Ensuring HR operations comply with UK legislation, GDPR and internal policies.
- Preparing HR documentation including offer letters and service agreements.
- Acting as the first point of contact for employee and manager queries relating to HR operations.
- Using data and reporting to support workforce insights and HR decision-making.
Requirements:
- 1β3 years' experience in an HR Operations, HR Administration or HR Analyst role, with a genuine interest in HR systems, data and process improvement.
- Minimum 2:1 Bachelor's degree from a Russell Group university, alongside strong A-level results or international equivalents.
- Experience using an HRIS, ideally Workday.
- Experience with an ATS, ideally Greenhouse.
- A strong understanding of the employee lifecycle.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously.
- Experience working with HR data, reporting and data governance.
- Understanding of GDPR/data protection.
- Experience handling highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, collaborative and hands-on approach.
- Strong problem-solving skills, particularly around HR systems and processes.
- Good knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Experience with MS Visio would be advantageous.
