p Robert Half is exclusively representing our client in the appointment of an experienced strong Project Manager /strong to join their IT function and play a key role in a major strong ERP transformation programme /strong . /p p For at least the first year, the primary focus of the role will be the successful delivery of a strong NetSuite ERP implementation /strong , working alongside the ERP Programme Lead and a range of internal stakeholders, implementation partners and third-party suppliers. /p p br /p p As a result, strong candidates with previous NetSuite implementation or transformation experience are particularly encouraged to apply /strong . Equally, we would be interested in strong ERP Project Managers who have delivered other major ERP platforms and have the project leadership skills to take ownership of a NetSuite implementation. /p p br /p p Reporting to the strong Chief Information Officer /strong , you will be responsible for project planning, governance, reporting, stakeholder coordination and business change activities, ensuring the implementation remains on track and that risks, issues and dependencies are effectively managed. /p p br /p p strong u The Role /u /strong /p p You will take ownership of key projects, workstreams and sub-projects within the wider ERP programme, with an initial focus on the NetSuite implementation. /p p Key responsibilities will include: /p ul li Leading and coordinating project activity throughout the NetSuite implementation lifecycle. /li li Developing, maintaining and monitoring detailed project plans, milestones, dependencies and deliverables. /li li Managing project budgets, forecasts and resource requirements. /li li Owning and maintaining strong RAID logs /strong , driving appropriate mitigation and resolution of risks, issues and dependencies. /li li Preparing and presenting project status reports, Steering Committee packs and executive-level updates. /li li Coordinating delivery across internal teams, implementation partners and third-party vendors. /li li Managing assigned workstreams and sub-projects, ensuring alignment with wider ERP programme objectives. /li li Supporting business readiness through stakeholder engagement, change management and user adoption activities. /li li Monitoring progress against agreed actions and managing escalations where required. /li li Coordinating internal resource allocation and workload planning across project teams. /li li Developing and delivering project communications, including stakeholder updates and regular programme communications. /li li Supporting scope definition, requirements gathering and delivery planning with business and technical stakeholders. /li li Ensuring appropriate project governance, documentation and reporting standards are maintained throughout the implementation. /li /ul p br /p p strong u About You /u /strong /p p We are looking for an experienced strong Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering ERP, technology or business transformation projects /strong . /p p strong NetSuite experience would be highly advantageous /strong , particularly experience of working on a NetSuite implementation, rollout or significant transformation programme. /p p You will ideally bring: /p ul li Proven experience delivering ERP, technology or business transformation projects. /li li strong NetSuite implementation experience is highly desirable. /strong /li li Strong project planning, governance and budget management experience. /li li Experience managing third-party vendors, implementation partners and suppliers. /li li The ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously. /li li Strong communication skills, including experience producing reports and presentations for senior leadership and Steering Committees. /li li Experience supporting organisational change and user adoption initiatives. /li li Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively. /li li A proactive, structured and results-focused approach to project delivery. /li li Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels. /li /ul p br /p p strong u Why Apply? /u /strong /p p This is a significant ERP transformation project where you will have genuine ownership and visibility across the business. /p p The strong first year will be heavily focused on the NetSuite implementation /strong , making this an excellent opportunity for an experienced NetSuite Project Manager or ERP Project Manager looking to take ownership of a major implementation. /p p Beyond the initial implementation phase, the role will continue to support wider technology, transformation and business change initiatives, providing the successful candidate with the opportunity to build a long-term project portfolio within the organisation. /p p The role is based in strong Ipswich /strong and will be predominantly onsite, with some flexibility around working from home. /p
