Ready to take ownership of IT assets across EMEA? We are looking for a highly organised, detail-driven IT procurement Coordinator to manage the full lifecycle of IT equipment - from order to deployment, refresh to retirement.
What you will be doing:
- Managing IT stock levels and asset registers
- Coordinating device builds, break-fix, refresh and replacements
- Overseeing goods-in/goods-out shipments across EMEA
- Maintaining accurate reporting (RAG status, compliance, SOC II)
- Supporting new hires and leavers with equipment logistics
- Working closely with Finance, Service Desk, and regional stakeholders
What we are looking for:
- 2+ years' experience in IT, asset, or stock coordination
- Strong attention to detail and process-driven mindset
- Confident using MS Office (Excel essential)
- Excellent communication skills across Europe
- Understanding of IT hardware and accessories
