The Social Media and Content Manager, based in Camden, is responsible for leading the organic social media strategy and producing engaging, high-quality content that strengthens community engagement and enhances the overall customer experience. The role also manages the creative development of paid social campaigns, working closely with internal teams and external agencies to increase brand awareness and support digital performance. Please note this is a full-time permanent role requiring 4x days a week in the office in Camden. This role will report into the Head of Marketing and will involve taking strategic ownership of the function whilst also being hands on. Ideally you will have multi-site or lifestyle industry exposure.
Social Media and Content Manager Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the organic social media strategy and content calendar.
- Create high-quality content, including coverage of events and on-site activities.
- Edit short-form video and static assets, and publish content across platforms including Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Test and explore new social platforms to grow brand presence.
- Lead community management by monitoring comments and messages and fostering positive engagement.
- Develop hyper-local social strategies tailored to different locations.
