Robert Half has partnered with a London-based Family Office to find an experienced Oracle Transformation Consultant for an initial 12-month contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner directly with the CFO to lead the finance workstream of the Oracle Fusion programme.
- Review and assess current statutory reporting processes and controls.
- Design and implement a future-state Finance Target Operating Model (TOM).
- Evaluate the structure, responsibilities, and capabilities of the finance function.
- Define finance processes, operating procedures, controls, and governance frameworks.
- Ensure Oracle Fusion is configured to support statutory and management reporting requirements.
- Act as the key liaison between Finance stakeholders and Oracle Consulting.
- Assess end-to-end finance processes and identify opportunities for standardisation and efficiency.
- Develop reporting frameworks that improve financial transparency, control, and visibility.
- Support organisational change, stakeholder engagement, and user adoption.
- Create process documentation, operating procedures, and governance models.
- Drive best practices across financial reporting, compliance, and control environments.
Required Experience
- Significant experience leading Oracle Fusion Transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of statutory reporting requirements and financial control environments.
- Proven track record designing and implementing Finance Target Operating Models.
- Experience assessing and restructuring finance teams and operating structures.
- Strong understanding of ERP-enabled finance processes and reporting frameworks.
- Ability to engage confidently with CFOs, Finance Directors, Controllers, and senior stakeholders.
- Experience working across finance, technology, and operational teams during transformation programmes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
