HR Incentive Compensation SME
Location: UK, 3 days onsite
Contract Type: PAYE day rate
Start Date: ASAP 1 -2 months of work
Overview:
We are seeking a specialist HR Incentive Compensation SME to support a known issue within a large banking environment. This is not a generalist HR role. The successful consultant will have strong experience reviewing incentive compensation and remuneration frameworks against EBA guidelines, with a clear EU / ECB regulatory lens.
Key Requirements:
- Proven HR incentive compensation / remuneration experience
- Strong experience reviewing frameworks against EBA guidelines
- Clear understanding of EU regulatory requirements and ECB regulatory pressure
- Must have worked within a large bank / Tier 1 investment bank
- Experience supporting a known issue linked to incentive compensation
- Experience with issue validation and remediation
- Able to work from planning and testing already completed
- Exposure to RemCo / remuneration governance is beneficial
- Must have the right to work in the UK
Desirable:
- Internal audit experience
- Experience supporting remuneration or reward reviews in an audit environment
Working Pattern:
- 3 days onsite in the UK
