This is not another head of delivery/ implementation role. This is a chance to build the function from the ground up.
Join a well-backed, Agentic TMS business taking on the legacy platforms that have dominated freight forwarding for 30 years.
You’ll have real ownership , shaping the implementation strategy before the sale, owning every deployment through to go-live, building the methodology, and ultimately hiring and leading the team.
What you’ll own
- Build the entire implementation function from scratch.
- Own CARR → ARR conversion and go-live performance.
- Lead TMS implementations, data migration, integrations and UAT.
- Partner with Sales to win deals through credible deployment strategies.
- Drive customer adoption and build a scalable delivery team
What we need
- Freight forwarding experience – absolutely essential.
- Proven TMS/FMS implementation experience.
- Experience with platforms such as CargoWise, Magaya, Descartes, Riege or similar .
- Strong understanding of freight operations, integrations, EDI/API and data migration.
- Someone who has built processes from zero and wants genuine ownership.
