This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded legal professional to provide high-quality legal advice across a broad and varied remit, working closely with senior stakeholders and supporting the organisation's strategic objectives.
The successful candidate will be responsible for advising on a range of matters, including employment law, commercial contracts, litigation and dispute resolution, regulatory compliance and wider corporate and operational matters.
You will play a key role in identifying and managing legal risk, ensuring regulatory compliance and providing practical, commercially focused advice across multiple jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities Provide pragmatic, commercially focused legal advice to senior stakeholders across the business.
Advise on employment law matters, commercial contracts, disputes and litigation.
Support the organisation in managing legal and regulatory risk across multiple jurisdictions.
Review, draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements.
Provide legal guidance on corporate and operational matters.
Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external legal advisers where appropriate.
Contribute to the development and implementation of effective legal and compliance processes.
About You The ideal candidate will have: A relevant legal qualification, such as Solicitor, Lawyer, Legal Executive or equivalent. 7+ years' relevant legal experience.
Strong expertise in Employment Law and Commercial Contracts.
Previous in-house legal experience, ideally within a complex or international organisation.
A strong commercial mindset, with the ability to provide clear, pragmatic and practical legal advice.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
The confidence to work independently while operating effectively with senior colleagues and wider business teams.
