Robert Half are delighted to be supporting an organisation in Bath on the recruitment of a Senior FP&A Analyst to join the team on a full time and permanent basis. Our client adopts a hybrid working model, requiring you on site in a central Bath office 3 days per week.
As Senior FP&A Analyst, you will support financial planning and analysis across a fast-growing retail group. Reporting to the Director of FP&A, you will lead budgeting, forecasting and deliver insights to guide commercial decisions.
Responsibilities of the Senior FP&A Analyst will include but not be limited to:
- Collaborate with regional leaders to provide accurate reporting and analysis.
- Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards using FP&A software and tools such as ERP systems, Excel and SQL.
- Assist in preparing executive level financial reports and strategic analysis.
- Deliver insights that impact profitability and support business growth.
Your Profile:
- Qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) with proven experience, in either industry or practice.
- Proficient in systems and Excel, with the ability to learn and pick up new systems quickly.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to business partner at all levels.
- Experience of accounting in an international company is highly beneficial.
In return, the successful candidate can expect a salary of £55k, plus 10% bonus and a wide range of employee benefits.
