SAP S/4HANA Contract Opportunities (Basis / GRC) – Utilities Sector

Robert Half * Warwick Area, United Kingdom (Hybrid)

Robert Half is supporting a large utilities organisation with the early stages of a major SAP S/4HANA on-prem upgrade programme. We're looking to engage experienced SAP professionals across both technical and compliance workstreams to join a lean, high-quality team delivering core transformation initiatives.

Assignment Details

  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Contract Length: 6 months initially (extensions likely)
  • Daily Rate: £600/day via umbrella (FCSA-accredited)
  • Location: Hybrid – 1-2 days onsite in Solihull

Key Roles We're Hiring For

SAP Basis Consultant / Solution Architect

  • Leading Basis design, environment readiness, and upgrade support
  • ECC to S/4HANA (on-prem) experience essential
  • Must be able to bridge technical and business conversations
  • Strong knowledge of sizing, patching, transports, and system architecture

SAP GRC Consultant

  • Hands-on delivery of GRC Access Control (ARA, ARM, EAM, BRM)
  • SoD analysis, Firefighter setup, role remediation
  • Strong communicator – audit-facing and business-aligned
  • GRC integration experience with S/4HANA preferred

What We're Looking For

  • On-prem S/4HANA upgrade experience (not RISE or private cloud)
  • Strong stakeholder engagement – lean team, high visibility
  • Utilities/regulatory sector experience a plus
