As part of an ambitious D365 Programme, we're looking for a D365 Platform Specialist to take ownership of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (F&SCM) environment.

The role involves:

  • Platform Ownership: Take full administrative ownership of the D365 F&SCM platform, managing environments, configuration, security roles and user access, and acting as an escalation point for the ServiceDesk team.

  • Licensing & Budget Management: Manage licence allocation and optimisation in line with the employee lifecycle, run regular licence reviews, and support budgeting and forecasting for platform costs.
  • Change & Release Management: Coordinate change activities in line with ITIL principles, participate in CAB, and lead regression testing, UAT coordination and release readiness reviews.
  • Business Process Optimisation: Partner with Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain and Operational teams to improve processes, promoting standard D365 functionality over unnecessary customisation.
  • Security & Compliance: Maintain role-based access controls and audit compliance, supporting GDPR, Cyber Essentials Plus and data integrity standards (ALCOA+) in a regulated environment.
  • Data & Systems Analysis: Support data migration, cleansing and validation, and identify opportunities to improve data quality and governance.
  • Vendor & Partner Management: Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders, internal IT and the Microsoft Solution Partner.
  • Documentation & Knowledge Transfer: Own platform documentation and deliver knowledge transfer to the wider business.

What We're Looking For:

  • At least 5 years' experience supporting enterprise business applications or ERP platforms.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM.
  • Experience across the full ERP lifecycle - implementation, configuration and transition-to-service.
  • Solid understanding of business processes across Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Warehousing and Supply Chain.
  • Experience managing enterprise licensing and user access controls.
  • A track record coordinating change management, release management and regression testing.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate between business and technical language.
  • Experience supporting business-critical platforms within a structured governance environment.
  • Desirable: knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, Azure integration technologies and reporting tools.
  • Desirable: familiarity with healthcare, pharmaceutical or other regulated industries, and compliance frameworks such as GDPR, Cyber Essentials Plus, GxP and ALCOA+ principles.

On offer:

  • Salary up to 105,000 DOE
  • Enhanced annual leave package increasing with Length of Service (25 days + bank holidays, increasing to 27 days + bank holidays after 3 years' service)

  • Access to Engage; Engage is an external platform providing employee discounts, recognition, and wellbeing support
  • Access to the Wellbeing Centre (Employee Assistant Programme and Occupational Health Support)
  • Private Medical Insurance (funded by the Company) - eligible following successful completion of a 6-month probation period; can elect to add family members to your policy at a cost (deducted via payroll)
  • Life Assurance - 10 x your annual salary (max of 300,000)
