Robert Half is recruiting for an Interim Group Risk Vendor Management Consultant to support a major vendor risk and governance project for a leading international organisation. This is a primarily remote role, ideal for an experienced consultant with a strong background in vendor management, third-party risk, policy review, data reconciliation, and contract standardisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reconcile and cleanse vendor and contract data across InfoPulse, ServiceNow and Aderant
  • Identify missing contracts and classify critical/material vendors
  • Support migration of vendor data into a centralised repository
  • Review and simplify the existing Group Vendor Management Policy
  • Develop high-level risk classification assessments and detailed vendor risk questionnaires
  • Create a standardised baseline vendor agreement using AI tools
  • Produce guidance on preferred, negotiable and non-negotiable contract positions
  • Test contract risk methodology against existing agreements
  • Support the development of a draft Business Requirements Document for a future vendor risk management solution

About You

  • Proven experience in vendor management, third-party risk, supplier risk or operational risk
  • Strong skills in policy drafting, risk assessment and data analysis
