Robert Half are delighted to be assisting a newly-created, fast-growing client with their search for a permanent, full-time Recruitment Co-ordinator offering up to £35k!

You'll play a pivotal role in delivering a seamless recruitment and onboarding experience across both experienced and graduate hiring.

Key Details:
  • Salary: Up to £35k (DOE) + bonus
  • Location: Newcastle Upon Tyne
  • Working pattern: Full-time - 5 days onsite - 40 hours per week, scheduled to ensure team coverage between 8:30am and 6:30pm at all times
Responsibilities:
  • Support end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Act as a key liaison for candidates, agencies, and stakeholders.
  • Screen CVs against defined criteria.
  • Coordinate interviews and assessment processes.
  • Invigilate testing environments.
  • Collate feedback and assessment outcomes.
  • Manage pipelines, scorecards, and reporting using Greenhouse.
  • Ensure a smooth and professional onboarding journey.
Requirements:
  • Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and coordination ability.
  • A proactive mindset with a drive to improve processes.
  • Confidence working with stakeholders across levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly.
  • 1-2 years' recruitment administration experience in a corporate setting.
  • 2:1 Bachelor's degree from a Russell Group university (or equivalent), plus strong A-levels.
