Our client is looking to recruit an immediate Receptionist for a 3 Month Temporary role. In this role you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Welcome and greet guests, ensuring office etiquette and standards are maintained.
  • Oversee snagging issues and ensure any faults or maintenance concerns are resolved promptly.
  • Manage the consolidations centre, overseeing all incoming and outgoing post.
  • Support with visitor management - ensuring passes are issued and guests are guided to the right locations.
  • Monitor the shared maintenance inbox, logging and escalating issues as required.
  • Oversee kitchen areas - ensuring both client-facing and staff spaces are fully stocked and well-presented.
  • Manage supplies, snacks, and deliveries, including milk and fruit orders.
  • Uphold and enforce office security procedures, ensuring compliance at all times.
  • Take the lead on office protocols and best practices.
  • Provide a warm, professional experience for clients, visitors, and staff alike.
  • Host and support client and investor visits, ensuring the highest standard of hospitality.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider team to maintain a smooth and efficient office environment.

The successful temporary Receptionist will have at least 3 years experience working within a corporate Reception function and will be comfortable working from the office 5 days a week. You must be either immediate or on a 1 week notice to be considered for this role.

Our client is a Tech firm based in the City of London. You will work 5 days per week from their office.

This immediate, temporary Reception role will be paying circa £17-20 per hour, depending on experience.
