Group Tax Analyst - Interim Contract Location: Hybrid - 2 days per week in the office, 3 days remote Contract: Initial 3 months, with potential to extend to 6 months Start: ASAP We are seeking an experienced Group Tax Analyst to join a high-performing Group Finance function on an initial 3-month interim contract, with potential for extension. This is a key role providing cover within the Group Tax function, working closely with the Group Head of Tax and wider Finance teams across the UK and Europe. The successful candidate will need to be able to hit the ground running, take ownership of key tax accounting and reporting activities, and provide immediate support across a broad range of UK and international tax matters. This would suit an experienced Corporate Tax / Tax Accounting professional with previous in-house experience who is comfortable working autonomously and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Support UK corporate tax compliance and reporting activities. Prepare and support monthly, quarterly and year-end tax reporting. Prepare tax disclosures for statutory accounts and management reporting. Assist with corporate tax budgeting and forecasting. Prepare and calculate management fees and support associated tax considerations. Assist with transfer pricing projects, documentation and implementation. Undertake CFC analysis and support international tax activities. Manage and support UK corporation tax quarterly instalment payments. Support US quarterly corporate tax reporting. Coordinate with Finance teams across the UK and Europe on corporate tax matters. Provide support and analysis on international taxation issues, including transfer pricing. Support tax activities relating to acquisitions, business transfers and wider transformation projects. Provide support across VAT and employment tax matters where required. Assist the Group Head of Tax with ad hoc tax projects and strategic initiatives. We are looking for someone who can quickly understand an existing tax environment and become a valuable member of the team. Strong experience in UK corporate tax . Strong tax accounting and reporting experience. Experience across international tax matters. ACA, ACCA, CTA or equivalent qualification. The ability to work independently and make an immediate contribution. Experience with ONESOURCE Corporate Tax and/or BPC would be advantageous.
