Robert Half are currently working with a well established, London based real estate firm that is embarking on a high profile refresh programme across several of their key commercial and residential sites. As part of this initiative, they are looking to appoint a capable and hands on Project Coordinator / Project Manager to work closely with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth, timely, and efficient project delivery. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong organisational and stakeholder management skills, ideally with experience in the property, construction, or design sectors.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day co-ordination and management of multiple site refresh projects, acting as the key link between internal teams and a variety of external suppliers. You'll take ownership of project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, and help ensure the works are completed to a high standard and in line with the organisation's goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison between internal departments and external vendors
  • Develop and manage detailed project timelines, milestones, and budgets
  • Co-ordinate site access, logistics, and stakeholder inputs
  • Monitor progress, mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery across all sites
  • Run regular project meetings and report on progress to senior stakeholders
  • Ensure all work complies with relevant health & safety and regulatory standards
  • Maintain documentation, including contracts, change requests, and status reports

What We're Looking For

Essential:

  • At least 4 years' experience in a project management or project co-ordination role
  • Experience working with external vendors in property, construction, or related industries
  • Experience in WiFi network upgrades, architecture and upgrade management
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Asana, MS Project, Trello)

Desirable:

  • Background in commercial or residential real estate
  • Project management qualifications (PRINCE2, APM, PMP etc.)
  • Confidence managing budgets and reporting on financials

Contract: 12 months
Location: London based 4/5 days on site
Rate: Day rate - Inside IR35 (DOE)
