Project Management Officer PMO (Contract)

Robert Half is recruiting for a Project Manager with experience in implementing Sap 4 Hana for an aviation client on a 3-4 month contract. **ROLE: Project Manager LENGTH: go live in October (3-4 Months) PAY: depending on experience Robert Half have partnered with a large international organisation and are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of a SAP S/4HANA implementation . This is a pivotal role within our Project Management Office (PMO) , requiring strong stakeholder engagement skills, a sharp focus on documentation, and a proven track record of successful SAP project delivery. The transition to SAP S/4HANA will be delivered by a specialist external implementation partner , who will serve as a key stakeholder throughout the project. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing this relationship, ensuring effective collaboration, clear communication, and delivery against agreed milestones and quality standards. Lead the end-to-end delivery of the SAP S/4HANA implementation project Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including business cases, plans, and status reports Ensure the project remains on time, within scope, and on budget Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and report on progress to the Head of Projects Facilitate project governance, reporting, and decision-making at all levels Proven experience delivering SAP S/4HANA implementation projects Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience managing third-party vendors Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality project documentation and develop business cases Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and drive project success
