We are looking for a hands-on digital professional to support Microsoft 365 and the Power Platform across the business. You'll help maintain systems, support users, and assist with building and improving apps, reports, and automations. This is a growing role within an expanding digital team, offering long-term development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital & Admin Support
- Support and administer Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Excel)
- Maintain records, lists, and documentation
- Provide basic user support and troubleshooting
- Keep digital systems organised and up to date
- Assist with building and maintaining Power Apps, Power BI reports, and Power Automate flows
- Support testing, documentation, and improvements to existing solutions
- Make small enhancements under guidance
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes
- Document processes and suggest improvements
- Support data collection and basic reporting
- Assist with rollout and adoption of new digital tools
- Learn and follow best practices for governance, security, and data handling
Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365
- Proven hands-on experience with Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate
- Data analysis and data handling experience
