The role: We’re working with an insurance group to hire a Personal Assistant to support a high-performing Business Development Director. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing, well-established team in a polished yet relaxed environment, where you’ll play a key role in keeping things running smoothly while gaining exposure to senior stakeholders and commercial activity. This is a varied, fast-paced PA / EA / Coordination hybrid role with a strong focus on organisation, stakeholder support, and CRM coordination. You’ll be supporting a busy Director and wider team who are frequently in and out of the office, so being proactive and one step ahead is key.
Responsibilities:
- Providing day-to-day PA support to a Business Development Director
- Managing diaries, meetings, and ever-changing schedules
- Acting as a central point of coordination for a busy, mobile team
- Supporting CRM management, data updates, and pipeline tracking
- Assisting with event coordination and client engagement activities
- Preparing materials, presentations, and general admin support
- Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Ideal candidate:
