Exciting opportunity for a Systems Manager with strong experience gained in hospitality / retail to join a growing business based near Chipping Norton, offering up to £60,000 DOE.
The role:
- Administering and supporting a variety of hospitality and retail systems.
- Providing day to day support and coordination of business systems.
- Troubleshooting / problem solving technical issues (driving root cause analysis).
- Coordinating upgrades, releases etc.
- Maintaining documentation as well as training and best practice support to users.
- Working closely with 3rd party vendors on ongoing projects, including roll outs of new systems and applications.
- Ensuring systems are compliant with IT security standards.
About you:
- Experience of supporting hospitality and/or retail systems, with strong knowledge of the hospitality / retail industries and processes.
- Experience of hospitality / retail systems (e.g. Opera Cloud, Simphony).
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including experience of working with 3rd party vendors.
- Excellent coordination and organisation skills, with ability to work on projects.
- Access to own car/transport and driving licence, with flexibility to travel to various local sites.
On offer:
Salary of up to £60,000 depending on experience plus excellent benefits. Note this is an office based role.
