The Finance Manager will receive a package of up to Β£70,000 (up to Β£57,000 base plus generous bonus) along with other benefits including hybrid remote working! Financial Leadership & Strategy: Spearheading all financial operations for the UK entity, ensuring robust financial governance, strategic alignment and full compliance with internal and external standards. Leading, mentoring, and inspiring a high-performing Finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration. Business Partnering: Serving as a proactive and trusted financial advisor to the BCGB leadership structure, including the Managing Director and functional heads. Taking ownership of translating complex financial data into strategic, actionable insights that enable informed decision-making, drive operational excellence and support sustainable growth. Performance Management & Reporting: Driving the preparation and delivery of accurate, timely and insightful financial reports, forecasts and variance analyses to empower data-driven decision-making. Compliance & Risk Oversight: Ensuring unwavering adherence to UK tax regulations, statutory reporting and internal audit requirements while identifying and mitigating financial risks with foresight and precision. Project & Revenue Control: Owning the monthly project risk review process, overseeing revenue recognition and ensuring accurate margin tracking and proactive debt collection in collaboration with project and sales teams. Treasury & Cash Flow Management: Managing treasury activities, including cash flow forecasting and foreign currency hedging, in close coordination with Group Finance. Leading, mentoring, and inspiring a high-performing Finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration. Professional Experience: 5+ years managing finance administration in small to mid-sized organisations, with strong knowledge of UK tax legislation and IFRS. Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a focus on improving financial processes. Advanced proficiency in MS Office, accounting software, and financial systems, with a focus on leveraging technology to improve efficiency.
