The Role As Infrastructure Team Leader, you'll be responsible for: leading a small team of infrastructure specialists, responsible for monitoring, supporting and maintaining a reliable and high-performing server, storage and data-centre infrastructure coordinating activities with internal and 3rd party resources across multiple international sites lead continuous improvement of backups, disaster recovery and monitoring processesidentify opportunities to implement new technologies in line with IT strategy, driving automation and continuous improvementmaintaining standards and adhering to compliance processes and procedures, in line with various IT and security frameworks lead on exciting infrastructure change projects and initiatives About you Applicants for the Infrastructure Team Leader role will: have sound experience gained as an infrastructure engineer, systems administrator, or similar, with strong knowledge across storage, server and data-centres, in particular Microsoft based infrastructurebe experienced with hyper-visor technologies (e. g.
VMWare, Hyper-V, Nutanix, Proxmox)have knowledge or experience of automation / orchestration (e. g.
Ansible, Terraform) and container platforms (e. g.
