Accounts Payable Specialist (Temporary)
- Location: Oxford (onsite parking)
- Working arrangement: Hybrid
- Contract: 6 month FTC
- £30,000 - £35,000
Robert Half Ltd are working with a business based in Oxford that are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join a busy finance team on a temporary basis.
You'll support the full accounts payable cycle, including processing and coding supplier invoices, payment runs, reconciliations, resolving invoice queries and supporting month-end close. You'll also work closely with colleagues across the business to resolve issues and support ongoing system and process improvements.
About you
- Previous experience in a similar Accounts Payable role
- Experience using SAP and strong Excel skills
- Good understanding of AP processes and financial controls
- Highly organised, accurate and analytical
- Confident communicating with suppliers and internal teams
- Able to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines
- Flexible and adaptable, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
