Interim | Hybrid | Greater Manchester An established national business is embarking on a significant ERP transformation programme and is seeking an experienced Order-to-Cash (OTC) Process Owner to join the project team on a contract basis.
This is a business transformation role, not a BAU operational position.
You'll be responsible for ensuring the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process is designed, optimised and successfully transitioned into a new ERP platform as part of a large-scale systems implementation.
Working alongside internal stakeholders, the implementation partner and the wider project team, you'll provide expert process knowledge to support the migration to Net Suite.
While the project includes a dedicated Data Lead, this role is focused on process ownership, governance and ensuring the business is ready for implementation.
Key Responsibilities Act as the business Process Owner for the end-to-end Order-to-Cash lifecycle throughout the ERP implementation.
Review, map and optimise current OTC processes, identifying opportunities for standardisation and improvement.
Work closely with business users and project stakeholders to capture and validate process requirements.
Support the migration from the existing ERP system into Net Suite, ensuring business processes are accurately reflected within the new solution.
