The successful candidate will be responsible for the deployment, configuration, and management of One Identity Safeguard solutions to ensure the security of our privileged access management (PAM) infrastructure. This role requires hands-on technical expertise and a deep understanding of identity and access management (IAM) best practices.
Role
- Deployment & Configuration:
- The One Identity Safeguard SME will install, configure, and manage One Identity Safeguard solutions.
- Customise Safeguard appliances to meet the specific needs of the organisation.
- Integrate Safeguard with existing IT infrastructure, including Active Directory and other identity management systems.
- Administration & Maintenance:
- Perform regular system maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor system health and performance, troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.
- Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions within the Safeguard environment.
- Security & Compliance:
- Implement and enforce security policies and procedures related to privileged access.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of privileged accounts and access activities.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Support & Training:
- Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams regarding Safeguard solutions.
- Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users and IT staff on best practices and proper use of Safeguard tools.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and trends in IAM and PAM technologies.
- Propose and implement enhancements to improve system efficiency, security, and user experience.
- Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing.
Profile
The One Identity Safeguard SME will have a minimum of 1-3 years of hands-on experience with One Identity Safeguard or similar PAM solutions. Proven experience in IT security, IAM, and PAM.
Technical Skills:
- The One Identity Safeguard SME will have strong knowledge of One Identity Safeguard deployment and configuration.
- Proficiency in Active Directory, LDAP, and related identity management systems.
- Familiarity with network security principles and practices.
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) is a plus.
