This is a varied and visible role, perfect for someone who enjoys taking ownership, keeping everything running smoothly and acting as the go-to person within a busy, professional office. This is an established international investment group with interests spanning telecommunications, hospitality, commercial property and real estate. Their London office is home to a close-knit team of professionals who value collaboration, autonomy and a down-to-earth approach. Reporting into the CFO, you'll split your time between office management and executive/business support responsibilities, ensuring the office runs efficiently while supporting senior stakeholders and the wider team. Managing the day-to-day operations of a busy London office Overseeing facilities, suppliers, health & safety and workplace management Organising meetings, preparing schedules and coordinating travel arrangements Monitoring actions and deliverables across the team, ensuring deadlines are met Chasing stakeholders and maintaining momentum on key projects Assisting with cost reconciliations and supporting financial administration Providing occasional reception cover when required ✅ 2-3+ years' experience within Office Management, Executive Assistant, Team Assistant or Business Support roles ~ Confident managing office operations and dealing with suppliers ~ Happy working in a fully office-based environment Private medical insurance ~ Dental cover ~ Life assurance
