b Overview /b p In this interim role you will lead the end-to-end Order-to-Cash function during a large-scale transformation. You’ll manage AR, credit control, collections, billing, and cash application to ensure service standards and strong controls. You’ll drive cash collection, reduce aged debt, and improve working capital while supporting transformation initiatives. You’ll work closely with Finance, Commercial, and Shared Services to lift performance and deliver continuous improvement. This is a high-impact, operational leadership role in a fast-paced environment. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Lead and develop teams across Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, Collections, Billing and Cash Application /li li Drive improvements in cash collection, aged debt, working capital and overall O2C performance /li li Monitor and improve service metrics, KPIs and operational controls /li li Partner with Finance, Commercial, Customer Operations and Shared Services to resolve issues and drive performance /li li Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation and standardisation /li li Support the business through transformation activities while maintaining day-to-day delivery /li li Coach, develop and motivate team members in a fast-paced environment /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Leadership experience within O2C, AR, Credit Control or Collections /li li Experience managing operational teams and performance metrics /li li Strong understanding of working capital, cash collection and receivables management /li li Experience driving process improvements and operational efficiencies /li li Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365 or similar /li li Excellent stakeholder management across Finance and broader business functions /li /ul ul li leadership /li li stakeholder management /li li coaching and development /li li SAP /li li Oracle /li li Dynamics 365 /li /ul
