Urgent PMO Opportunity – Polish Speaking (Order-to-Cash / AR Transformation)

Robert Half is supporting a global organisation undergoing a key finance transformation and are urgently seeking a Polish-speaking Transformation PMO/Project Manager to support an Order-to-Cash (OTC) improvement programme within a European business unit.
This role sits at the heart of a high-priority initiative focused on addressing Accounts Receivable (AR) challenges, improving cash collection performance, and driving structural improvements across the OTC cycle.
The successful candidate will work cross-functionally across Finance, Sales, Operations, and IT, supporting both immediate collection initiatives and longer-term root cause remediation to strengthen end-to-end OTC processes.
Key focus areas:
- Support delivery of an OTC / Order-to-Cash transformation programme
- Drive AR reduction through structured collection and remediation initiatives
- Identify and address root causes impacting cash flow performance
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Finance, Sales, Ops, and IT
- Support PMO governance, reporting, RAID management, and delivery tracking
- Ensure alignment of multiple workstreams within a complex transformation environment
Ideal experience:
- Strong PMO experience within Finance transformation or OTC programmes
- Exposure to Accounts Receivable (AR), collections, or cash application processes
- Experience working in international or multi-business environments
- Strong stakeholder management across Finance, IT, and commercial teams
- Polish language skills required
