Job Description Finance Business Partner Contract: 12-month Fixed-Term Contract A leading financial services business in Newport is looking to appoint a Finance Business Partner on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a strong opportunity for a commercially focused finance professional to work closely with senior stakeholders, providing meaningful financial insight and supporting key business decisions. You will act as a trusted finance partner to the wider business, using financial analysis and commercial insight to help drive performance. Partnering with senior stakeholders to understand business performance and financial drivers Providing clear financial insight and commentary to support decision-making Challenging assumptions and highlighting opportunities, risks and areas for improvement Supporting financial planning and performance reviews Analysing variances and identifying the key drivers behind performance Developing strong relationships across finance and operational teams Improving the quality and effectiveness of financial reporting Supporting strategic projects and wider business initiatives We are looking for a confident finance professional who can go beyond reporting and add genuine commercial value.
