Skills & Requirements

  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified accountant
  • Significant experience in a financial control role, ideally within a Group structure
  • Strong technical accounting skills
  • In‑depth knowledge of applicable accounting standards
  • Proven experience across all core responsibilities
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Exceptional leadership and people development capability
  • Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Strong experience with financial systems / ERP
  • Commercially astute with strong business acumen
