Robert Half are delighted to be assisting a newly-created, fast-growing client with their search for a permanent, full-time Recruitment Co-ordinator offering up to £35k! You will play a pivotal role in delivering a seamless recruitment and onboarding experience across both experienced and graduate hiring.
Things to know:
- Salary: Up to £35k - depending on experience, + bonus
- Location: Newcastle Upon Tyne
- Working pattern: Full-time - 5 days onsite - 40 hours per week, scheduled to ensure team coverage between 8:30am and 6:30pm at all times
Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Act as a key liaison for candidates, agencies, and stakeholders.
- Screen CVs against defined criteria.
- Coordinate interviews and assessment processes.
- Invigilate testing environments.
- Collate feedback and assessment outcomes.
- Manage pipelines, scorecards, and reporting using Greenhouse.
- Ensure a smooth and professional onboarding journey.
Requirements:
- Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills.
- Strong organisational and coordination ability.
