A strategic Senior People Business Partner role, partnering closely with senior leaders to shape and drive people-focused initiatives across the organisation. You will play a key role in workforce planning, organisational design, talent development, culture change and leadership capability. This is a high-impact position ideal for an experienced HR Business Partner looking to step into a more strategic, influential role.
Key Responsibilities- Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and act as a strategic advisor on workforce planning, organisation design, and people-related challenges.
- Align People strategies with business goals, ensuring HR initiatives deliver measurable value.
- Support leaders in navigating organisational change, restructures, and cultural transformation.
- Act as Deputy to the Head of People Experience when required.
- Coach and mentor People team members, helping build capability and fostering a high-performance culture.
- Assist with onboarding of new team members and support leadership development initiatives.
- Promote a coaching, feedback-driven culture across the People Experience team.
- Use workforce analytics to identify trends, inform strategic decisions, and measure HR effectiveness.
- Drive continuous improvement across People processes to ensure high-quality, compliant, and efficient service delivery.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and L&D teams on integrated HR solutions.
- Lead Wellbeing, Diversity & Inclusion initiatives and support employee community groups.
- Develop and deliver change management strategies to support organisational transformation.
- Lead succession planning, capability mapping, and analysis of critical roles.
- Support organisational structure reviews, job design, and workforce forecasting.
- Ensure restructures and people changes are legally compliant and effectively delivered.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Operations, Finance, Commercial and Technical.
- Provide guidance on performance, career development, absence, and employee engagement.
- Represent the People team in senior meetings and collaborative projects.
- CIPD Level 7 (or equivalent experience).
- Significant experience in a HR Business Partner or Senior HRBP role.
- Strong background in organisational change, culture transformation and strategic people planning.
- Commercially minded with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Highly analytical, with strong HRIS and Excel capability.
- Skilled coach, mentor and confident communicator.
