We are seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to join a dynamic and growing finance team. This role offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-office collaboration, with two days per week based in the Hemel Hempstead office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes
  • Deliver high-quality financial analysis to support strategic decision-making
  • Produce monthly management reporting, variance analysis, and insightful commentary
  • Partner with senior stakeholders across the business to challenge performance and support commercial decisions
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support planning and scenario analysis
  • Drive improvements in FP&A processes, reporting tools, and data quality
  • Support ad hoc analysis and strategic projects as required

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an FP&A or management accounting role at a similar level
