Robert Half Finance & Accounting are hiring a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our Manchester City Centre team.

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will help job seekers find opportunities they wouldn't find on their own while nurturing their careers. Working in both a sales and a candidate management capacity, you will work within a team dedicated to the Finance & Accountancy market to find the right talent solution for our clients. You will guide candidates and clients through the hiring process from start to finish, ultimately resulting in placing the right person in the right job.

Your responsibilities as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant will include:

  • Sales development activities to grow your network of clients
  • Build a Talent pipeline of candidates
  • Conducting all stages of a recruitment process for your clients
