Robert Half are pleased to be partnering with a growing organisation based in Kidlington who operate in the TV and film industry to recruit a Management Accountant. The Management Accountant will receive a salary of up to £60,000 along with other attractive benefits. This is a varied role and would suit an individual who enjoys business partnering with senior managers within the business!
Primary Responsibilities:
- Preparation of monthly management accounts to set reporting deadlines.
- Periodic and monthly profit and cash-flow forecasting.
- Weekly sales forecast.
- Input to group half-year and year-end reporting.
- Liaising with company auditors.
- Preparation of annual statutory accounts, ensuring full adherence to UKGAAP and IFRS.
- Running the payroll in SAGE for approx. 30 staff.
- Submission of all HMRC filings - VAT, PAYE, NIC, Corporation tax etc.
- Maintenance of relevant control account reconciliations and journal entries.
- Input to groups budgeting process.
- Supporting the business in managing the business costs and optimising its profits.
- Contributing to strategies aimed at enhancing shareholder value.
- Managing and processing day-to-day financial information - receipts, payments, purchase invoices, sales invoices, expenses etc as appropriate.
- Involvement in projects - Providing support for, and leading as necessary, team and group-wide projects that align with the strategic direction of the finance function.

- 3-5 years management accounts experience.
- Demonstrates personal responsibility for producing high-quality outcomes and meeting deadlines promptly.
