Robert Half Accountancy and Finance are recruiting for a Management Accountant to join a rapidly growing business based Harrogate. This small but perfectly formed business is entering an exciting new era, offering the successful Management Accountant an excellent opportunity for exposure and growth within their finance career. Reporting to the Finance Director you will perform the following duties: Production of monthly management accounts Conducting variance analysis and investigating financial discrepancies Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly management reports Performing balance sheet reconciliations and compiling supporting documentation Assisting the Finance Director in preparing year-end statutory accounts and R&D submissions Supporting the budgeting and forecasting processes Finance business partnering with the wider business Key Requirements: QBE, Part qualified or qualified finance professional Proven experience in a Management Accountant role or similar ideally within a Manufacturing, FMCG, Engineering, Production or similar sector Strong proficiency in Excel skills Excellent interpersonal skills Willingness to grow and develop in a role Happy to work in an on site environment Salary on offer: £45,000 - £50,000k, plus additional benefits, office-based role.
